Reservation Policies

Deposit Requirements, Payments and Cancellation Policy

We charge the first night of your stay at the time of the reservation is made using the credit card provided. The balance is due upon arrival. All major credit cards are accepted.

CANCELLATIONS: Unless otherwise noted on your initial Confirmation, deposits will be refunded for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance less a %10 handling fee. For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded unless we are able to rebook the affected room(s). If we are able to rebook any of the affected room(s), we will credit the original deposit on the rebooked room(s) toward a future stay within 6 months of the cancellation date.

Check-in from 3.00 to 6.00PM
Please let us know if your arrival time will be outside this time window.
Check out is 11.00 AM
Contact us to see if an early or late check-in may be possible.

Late Check Out Fee $30 surcharge may apply.

A plated breakfast is served in the dining room every morning promptly at 9:00 AM
Every attempt will be made to accommodate guest conflicts with this time. Changes are at the discretion of the Innkeeper.
A welcome snack and beverage are served upon check-in

(Beginning at 4:00 PM).

Food allergies and special requests
When your reservation is made, please let us know of any allergies or special requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Children

Boonville Luxury Lodging is not suitable for children under 16 years of age. Contact the management ahead of time for possible exceptions.

Pets

Pets are not permitted. 

Parking
There is free on-street parking in front of Boonville Luxury Lodging and off-street parking in the rear. Available first to guests with mobility issues, and to other guests as available.
No Smoking

This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping is not permitted.

No open flames

For guest safety, no burning of candles or incense or any other flammable material is allowed inside the buildings or porches.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 9pm – 8am.

Guest’s Visitors

Permitted upon approval of Innkeeper.

Windows

Management requests that windows remain closed at all times.

Property Damage
Damages beyond expected normal wear and tear, either intentional or due to negligence, is the responsibility of Guests and their Visitors while at the Boonville Luxury Lodging. Please report all spills and/or damages promptly to the staff. For unexpected damages, Guests will be held accountable for costs involving repair/replacement.

Hold Harmless

Upon booking, all Guests and Visitors of Guests to Boonville Luxury Lodging (Grand Victorian Manor LLC) agree to release the property owner(s) and manager(s) and staff from any liability of damage to person or personal property. Boonville Luxury Lodging owner(s), and manager(s) and staff will be held harmless in any case of Guest activity resulting in harm or injury to person or personal property.
