Payment policy
Guests will be charged the full amount of their reservation upon booking. Please note the credit card provided during your reservation will be charged unless otherwise noted.
Check-in from 3.00 to 6.00PM

Check out is 11.00 AM
Contact us to see if an early or late check-in may be possible. Late checkout fee is subject to $30 surcharge.
Buffet breakfast is served at 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Upon request a early morning breakfast can be prepared.
A welcome snack and beverage are served upon check-in
(Beginning at 4:00 PM).
Deposit requirements and cancellation policy
We charge your card for the first night of your stay at the time the reservation is made and the balance due upon arrival. All credit cards are accepted( our preference is Mastercard or Visa.)
Refunds may be made if cancellations are made at least 14 days in advance, less a 10% handling fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of reservation will receive no refund, however if we are able to resell the room we will honor a credit for a future stay with us.

Property damage
Guests and visitors of guests of Boonville Luxury Lodging are responsible for any and all property damage . While reasonable wear & tear is anticipated, negligent damages are the responsibility of the Guest. Damages will be accessed and charged to the Guest. Please report all spills and/or damages to the Innkeeper promptly.

Quiet hours are from 9pm – 8am.

Hold harmless
All Guests and visitors of guests of Boonville Luxury Lodging, upon booking, agree to release the property owner(s), manager(s) and staff from any liability of damage to person or property suffered by the guest(s) or visitor(s) of guests. Boonville Luxury Lodging, owner(s), manager(s) and staff will forever be held harmless in such occurrences.
